At Novabyte Gear, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at contact@novabytegear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will replace the item or offer a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased as part of a promotion or clearance sale
